¬ Are in good health
¬ Weigh at least 110 pounds
¬ Have a valid photo ID with birth date
¬ Are at least 18 years old (17 years old with signed Blood Bank parent/legal guardian consent form)
¬ Have NOT had tattoos or body piercings in the past 12 months (Ear piercings done by gun method in a jewelry store ok)
¬ Have NOT received the flu mist nasal spray in the past 28 days
¬ Take medication for blood pressure, cholesterol or diabetes, including most insulin products
